The app features separate interfaces for consumer users and laboratory personnel, each tailored to their specific needs.
For consumer users, QuikLAB enables finding nearby testing sites, scheduling appointments, receiving appointment reminders, and obtaining a unique 6-digit QR Code for test result identification. Users can view and share their COVID-19 test results securely with third-party organizations like employers and schools. They also have the option to upload identification cards for verification purposes.
On the other hand, QuikLAB personnel can access user account information, document health questionnaire responses, upload test results, and generate encrypted QuikPASS Reports. Additionally, they can communicate directly with users regarding test outcomes or issues, enhancing the testing process efficiency.
